Position Overivew:
 
            The EK3 Creative & Account Services Department actively maintains a professional relationship with some of North America’s leading brands.  In this role you will serve as the primary business contact for the client, ensuring all clients needs are being met.  You will be expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.  You will assist in the day to day administrative activities of the Creative & Account Services Department working closely with the Account Director, Creative and Account Services teams.  Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to successfully filling this position.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
  • Reviews all major deliverables (strategy, client briefs, etc.) to ensure client expectations are met
  • Ensures client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director of any problems that may arise
  • Works closely with the Creative and Account Services team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project
  • Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team
  • Actively supports the administration and coordination of communication and content workflow between the client and EK3 production resources
  • Thoroughly maintains and updates documentation as required and directed
  • Actively communicates with all EK3 internal departments
  • Helps coordinate and host meetings with clients as required

  • Understands the company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to client
 
Required Skills:
 
  • Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong written and oral communications communications
  • Multitasking skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously as well as effectively juggle diverse demands and deadlines
  • High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
  • Ability to influence client purchasing decisions
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to present to clients
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Must have 3+ years account management/coordination experience with an advertising agency
  • Proficient with office software including Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel)
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Multi Media,
  • Certificate in Project Management an asset
  • French oral and written communications would be an asset
  • Technical competence beneficial (understanding of software, networks, hardware)
